Hi, I'm Rei. Just like you, me and my wife have been thru this very challenging, yet amazing journey of finding and pursuing our own "1st home investment in Cavite."

Prior our purchase in Mar 2009, I worked as an Engineer at EPZA, Rosario, Cavite and my wife as a Management Staff at Cubao, Metro Manila. (I mean look now in 2024 at how big ticket developers located their projects right after CAVITEX - EVO City by Ayala, & Maple Grove by MegaWorld.)

Law & behold, fast track to 2024, the property has appreciated in value atleast 3-times from P800K to atleast P2.4M.

How much discount if I pay in Cash?

Yes. There are two options:

Is co-borrower allowed?
